Founded by industry leader and design expert Leonidas Phillips in 2019, Leonidas Design Studio is an interior design firm based in Florida. Leonidas Design Studio mainly focuses on delivering thoughtful interiors that will translate the clients’ vision into reality, while guiding them through each step of the design process.From small to large scale, new construction to renovation projects, Leonidas Design Studio offers a great deal of design services. Some of the many services we offer include: space planning, furniture and finish selections, color coordination and producing schemes. We also work very closely with major suppliers on the commercial and residential projects.
We consider ourselves your personal chameleon, fusing a broad range of styles including modern, eclectic, to even traditional. We start with a concept that soon develops into a space carefully designed for each individual user. We are extremely grateful to have the opportunity to work with each and everyone of our personal clients’ ideas.

Leonidas Phillips has worked within the hospitality industry for over 28 years and has an extensive experience in sales, marketing, and design production. She specializes in interior design, renovations, and production for all of her residential and commercial properties.

Wilson Vidal has over 12 years of experience in Commercial Management plus knowledge in Construction and Design. He’s specialized in a broad range of aesthetics, from traditional to modern that always exceeds each clients’ expectations. Wilson is known best for his versatile approach to facilitate the ability in capturing the essence of each space and bringing it to life.

Jessica Mercado has served within the Luxury Hospitality Industry for over 17 years with a transition into the Luxury Technical Design Industry. With expertise in Sales & Operations, Jessica is no stranger to finding creative ways to exceed each client’s needs and streamlining the process while doing so. Being able to capture the most minute details of each client’s visions and needs, really does make a difference to the overall experience and result.

Project Manager
Desiree Jernigan is from Queens, NY. She graduated with Bachelors of Arts from Norfolk State University majoring in Psychology.
Desiree has always been intrigued in the career path to genuinely uplift and be at service to others and assisting them achieve their goals. While working full-time at Capital One as a Collections Specialist and going to school full-time, she was introduced to a different lifestyle that prepared her to want to constantly assist others, especially when they believe it can not be done. Working in collections she worked with clients who were delinquent for over 90 days and assisted them with payment options to get them back in good standing that lead them to increase their credit score. While working in a occupation where individuals felt hopeless, it help build positive characteristics in Desiree such as integrity, willingness, and honesty which she has carried over throughout her career path.
She has worked in the customer service arena for over 10 years. Most recently Desiree was employed with ADP as a Human Capital Management Consultant. At ADP Desiree enhanced her skill-set while working directly with Corporation’s of 3000 or more employees to assist with all payroll needs – including accounts payable, tax withholding, filing & deposits, as well as year-end W2 submissions. Currently employed with BDD & Associates, working as a Loan Consultant for Commercial Real Estate accounts – developing relationships with lenders, assisting clients with placement, also reviews documentation to verify its adequacy, and then prepare loan presentations with support of a Loan Officer.
